Welcome to a compassionate space for you to nourish your pelvic landscape. One that moves beyond over-simplified ‘tighten, hold and release’ exercises, to embrace a more integrative, holistic method of care, offering deep layers of healing for a woman’s body & spirit.

Our pelvic bowl is both a structured and fluid space, central to several vital systems in our body. At the core of our being, our bowl holds the weight of our physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual layers; what has perhaps not felt safe to be seen or processed, can live at the foundation of our body, long after our thoughts have moved on.

Holistic Pelvic Care™ founded by physical therapist and women's health specialist Tami Lynn Kent, works with this integrative understanding; that core tension patterns in the bowl are often not just ‘muscular issues,’ they can be stories of protection; contact points into remembering and reconnecting with a felt sense of safety, presence and vitality at the root of our body, which we may have lost access to.

Physically the techniques and guidance can help to shift hormones, improve blood and lymphatic flow and also work into the more subtle energetic and emotional layers of the body that have previously been an under acknowledged aspect of women’s pelvic health.

Through evaluation of core tension patterns, integration of gentle, choice centred, internal and external bodywork, visualisation, breath and body-based conversation, Holistic Pelvic Care™ works to greatly nurture, restore and preserve the integrity, life force and honour of the female pelvis and energy system; to support a woman in accessing the dignity and wisdom of her core which is always intact, no matter what life experiences or social narratives have created pain, shame, or disconnect.

A HPC™ session is around 60 - 75 mins and can integrate

Gentle touch of the pelvic bones and organs *no practitioner touch of the vulva

Breath work and visualisation to deepen presence and energy flow

Support to identify core patterns of stress and practices to move towards resonance

Somatic Conversations and support with emotional content, and protective patterns at the root of the body

Other skills I bring

As a Yoga & Movement Therapist, ACC Trauma Informed Yoga facilitator and graduate of Somatic Pleasure and Intimacy Coaching, I specialise in reconnecting people to their bodies, breath and felt sense of aliveness in trauma-sensitive, professional and confidential space.

What I don’t offer

Whilst I have trained in the internal touch aspect and intra-vaginal fascial release aspect of HPC™, I do not offer this in sessions currently. All touch is external, fully clothed and with consent and the internal work is adapted. There is never external touch to the vulva that stimulates the female arousal network.

I choose to inhabit my days, to allow my living to open me, make me more accessible, less afraid,
to loosen my heart until it becomes a wing, a torch, a promise,
I choose to live so that which came to me as seed, goes to the next as blossom,
and that which came to me as blossom, goes on as fruit
