Out beyond ideas of wrong doing and rightdoing there is a field. I'll meet you there - Rumi

At the heart of what I teach and study is a love of creation; a remembering that our bodies are not separate from the Earth, but an integral, intelligent reflection of Her creative cycles. Creative practice and movement have always been in the marrow of my own life, however as a former professional athlete, movement was not always something to enjoy but something to endure. Whilst I love this aspect of my own story, over time in this field, my health was challenged. It took leaving the sport and having an autoimmune condition go into remission after just 6 months, to show me how my body was speaking of a deeper misalignment. Naturally I became curious and followed the whispers into learning more, mostly into more devoted creative practice.

This has taken shape through various teachings and teachers;

non-dual Tantra and Yoga from the Kashmir Saivism lineage,

my own ongoing exploration of voice, sound and songwriting,

therapeutic integration of Yoga through a multi-lineage diploma in London,

somatic deepening through several teachers and my own ongoing study

trainings in conscious dance, somatic pleasure and intimacy coaching
